We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

We are unable to process returns sent without a return request.

How It Works

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions
Important:
The return address may be different from the shipping address on your package.
Always use the label provided through the portal.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

All swimwear (tops, bottoms, one-pieces, sets)

Bodysuits

Intimates
-
Sale items

Clearance items

Gift cards

Items marked final sale
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unworn and unwashed
-
Tags must still be attached
-
No makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair

No visible signs of wear
Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Fees

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–7 business days
Exchanges
Inventory moves quickly, so we are unable to facilitate exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
