We carefully inspect every item before it ships out, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you, babe! 💕
Please reach out within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/video so we can fix it quickly.

In most cases, we can offer a refund or replacement without needing the item returned.

Because of boutique hygiene + supplier rules, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or missing tags
