Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you LOVE all of your pieces from Paige & Palm, but if you do need to make a return - no problem! Here’s how our returns work:
Standard Returns
These apply to items fulfilled directly by us (typically noted as regular items or full-priced sets):
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with hygienic liners attached. If purchased as a set, both pieces must be returned.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Online Exclusives & Items That Ship Separately
Some items on our site are marked as Online Exclusives or may ship separately. These pieces are made just for you and are final sale, meaning they’re not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives with a defect or isn’t what you ordered, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered:

TikTok Shop Orders
Orders placed through our TikTok Shop follow TikTok’s standard return policy. For more info, please check the TikTok app or visit their help center.
